GENERAL STORAGE POLICY AND PRICING:

EXTENDED STORAGE:

We understand that you may wish to purchase a fridge during a sale, promotional offer, take advantage of a ‘Scratch ‘N Dent’ discount or simply purchase the units with the peace of mind knowing these are ready for dispatch when you need them.

For these situations we can offer our extended storage option. Our fridges are stored in, and dispatched via, a third-party warehousing company in Lower Hutt, Wellington, NZ. We include a maximum of 14 days storage of your unit(s), for stocked units, once your order is confirmed and advised.

Any storage required beyond 14 days is charged monthly, in advance, at the following rates:

  • $39.90 per month for a unit with 70 litres capacity or less.
  • $59.90 per month for a unit with over 70 litres capacity with single door (Max 860mm height).
  • $79.90 per month for a 2-door unit, single door combo (Max 860mm height) or tall single door.
  • $99.90 per month for a 3-door unit or tall combo.
Full payment of outstanding storage fees must be paid prior to dispatch of your order.

STORAGE TERMS:
1, All fridges (units) are stored in and dispatched via a third-party warehousing company in Lower Hutt, Wellington, NZ. We include a maximum of 14 days storage of your unit(s), once your order is confirmed and advised, for units in stock.
2, For pre-order units, the included 14 days applies once the unit(s) is/are cleared for dispatch by NZ customs and you have been advised of their dispatch clearance. For pre-orders arriving, and are cleared for dispatch, earlier than the advised arrival date, the 15 days will apply from the original advised arrival date.
3, Extended monthly storage fees apply from day 15, after dispatch clearance, for any unit(s). Monthly fees are not pro rata, and are charged in advance on the 15th day, then monthly (on the monthly anniversary) thereafter. Any outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to dispatch of orders.
4, Split payment purchases will incur storage fees, from the date of purchase, relative to the terms outlined above.
5, Public holidays, third-party warehouse shut down periods (Christmas, New Year etc) have been considered and are factored into the pricing structure. See our “SHIPPING POLICY:” for our policy on shipping delays.
